- TVTinaEh VangLeeJun 29, 20265.0Arrived here on a Monday afternoon. Wasn't busy at all. Employee was very nice and helpful. Easy to access. The building is handicap accessible. Parking can be found in front of the bulding or to the side of it.

- PPPCApr 13, 20261.0Impolite - Incompetent in regards to international mailing. To start, there's a sign asking patrons to "wait until they're called" to the front desk for assistance, which I did. I was the asked "Do you have a question?" -- As if I'm standing here waiting for my own health. I let her know, "No, I'm ready whenever you decided to call me to the front." I needed to send a package internationally, lady at the front had no idea of the purpose of "SERV" on an address. After I made her aware of the significance of placing "SERV" with the property address, that it ensures it is processed correctly, routed efficiently, she told me she "can't". Bless her heart, she doesn't know how to do her job. I'll stick to FedEx since they're competent AND polite. The African American lady however, was always nice though, other lady could take a pointer or two from her.

- JJJanisJan 30, 20201.0Last week Friday Jan 24th, 2020 I waited in line for about 10 minutes, while a young woman helped another customer. Meanwhile the postoffice was filling up and when it was my turn, she politely asked her coworker, an older man to help her. He walked up to her in front of me and said that she should not ask him to help because he works fulltime and doesn't have to help her, that they would discuss this on break. I was appalled that he felt that self entitlement! What happened to team work? She had 7 customers in line and he litually was angry because she asked for help! I told her I agreed with her and as all the customers were talking about this man's rudeness , she went and got the manager. I dont know what happened after that but I was proud of her for standing up for herself. This man should not be working there, I don't care if he's the CEO you Always help your coworkers! Not going back there until they get new help and learn how to run a business. Very disappointed..
