- PTPink TacoMay 5, 20261.0This place is horrible... They can print your label if you have a QR code but they can't print it if you only have the label, not even if you want to pay for it. I had to go to UPS to have it printed. They don't have tape to close your parcel but they have tape to sell. So if you happen to not have tape at home you will have to buy a overpriced roll because they can't do this courtesy. Besides there is an asian lady here that doesn't understand a thing you say and I can barely understand what she says, besides bein rude. She always press the happy button for the client and doesn't let you choose how you want the receipt. I got another guy later and his service was perfect! Not like her at all...

The man there was extremely rude and insisted that I pay for the box I was using to pack the package. I explained that I would get another box from the nearby area and pay for it separately. However, he refused to accept my explanation and insisted that I had to pay for the box when I shipped it. I felt completely frustrated and disappointed by his behavior. This was the first time I had ever had such a negative experience at a post office.
