- EHErin Holland6 days ago1.0You will not get a answer on the phone. My package has been labeled by this office as unable to be delivered. I called the previous facility my package had been sent from to confirm my information and to confirming I had not opted to have a sign at delivery enabled. They ensured me everything seemed correct and they said there should have been no problem and are not sure why my package was brought back to the facility and now shipped to Tennessee back in june?? I have been trying to get ahold of this facility for over a month now and still no response. I simply need to talk to a clerk to clear up the trouble.

If I have a simple envelope or box that I know all the details for, I'd rather use the kiosk than stand in line for 10 min. USPS, can you please add a kiosks to the HW 5 Saint Paul location. The service there is below standards.
- DKD KJul 28, 20261.0I don't care that sometimes the lines are long, that sometimes clerks are all business, not friendly (go to the country if you want to chitchat to your clerk), but what pisses me if they got rid of their drive-up boxes. Instead putting it in front of the building. Why is that such a big deal? It INACCESSIBLE to people with disabilities and the elderly, but of course we don't matter in Trump's 'Murikkka. Perhaps someone should fill out an ADA discrimination lawsuit?

But that was just the name tag on the counter, it wasn’t a name tag he was wearing) was pretty disrespectful. They really don’t seem to care if you live or die. I carried in the heaviest box of my life and set it on the first counter I could because it was so heavy and he was like “move it over here.” So sorry to have inconvenienced you- hopefully you can find some will power to show up differently to work. Thanks.
