- PRPaige RobinsonJun 29, 20261.0Customer service at this location left a LOT to be desired. I came in with packages to mail for work and was immediately greeted with “can’t you do this at another location?” So we’re off to a great start. She proceeds to tell me how the way I labeled my packages in was entirely wrong (despite being the exact way I’ve mailed packages at multiple other USPS locations across the country). Throughout the transaction, the clerk did nothing but complain, tell me that she “doesn’t give a hoot about anything,” and scoff at customers asking her questions while in line. I would not recommend this location whatsoever. I get that they’re understaffed and expected to do a lot, but the least you can do when working in a customer facing job is treat customers with basic respect and general helpfulness.
- ABAnders BMay 26, 20261.0Whoever the mail carrier doesn't know how to read and keeps misdelivering our mail. Our mailbox has our apartment number and last names on it, yet I've been having issues getting my mail (including my new credit/debit cards) because they keep putting it in someone else's locker. I've been without my debit card for over a month because the carrier keeps giving it to other people. Reporting this issue just gets automatically marked as solved and no one investigates. I had to called the customer service line 10 times to get put on hold to speak to a person because the phone tree kept sending me to make a new case despite already submitting 3 different cases regarding this. I'm sitting on hold right now waiting to talk to a representative.

I don’t get it why they work there if the job is too much for them. I know I don’t work at my job in customer service and have an attitude towards customers. Do better USPS. I went in at 4PM on 03/31/2026. Worker was black with dreadlocks and black glasses.
