There’s a 24-7 Kiosk but the label paper it prints is horrible. Other locations don’t use this label paper so why are you? Seriously, stop trying to skimp on cost for your location by using Temu labels and get an attitude adjustment for the staff and serve the community properly. All other employees act like they hate their job. It’s not like you guys even get rude customers.

The two people working had no idea how to submit a USPS form that they have provided and tried to get me to go to another location or come in during the week when the manager is in. Isn’t this their job? Also they were unable to give me any sort of receipt confirming I had closed and returned my PO Box keys. They said that they don’t charge for keys if I didn’t return them anyway so not to worry...I have no confidence in this. If you want to drop off mail here - great - don’t come here for anything else!
