I use to frequent this USPS at least twice a week, but now I’m more than happy to drive to a further location so I don’t have to deal with that rude, miserable woman.

The two people working had no idea how to submit a USPS form that they have provided and tried to get me to go to another location or come in during the week when the manager is in. Isn’t this their job? Also they were unable to give me any sort of receipt confirming I had closed and returned my PO Box keys. They said that they don’t charge for keys if I didn’t return them anyway so not to worry...I have no confidence in this. If you want to drop off mail here - great - don’t come here for anything else!
