- JMJonathan Márquez2 days ago1.0The lady was rude; they were already closing, and she was rushing me so much that I got confused and pressed the green button. She yelled at me, saying, "Because of you, all these people have to wait longer now," and told me I needed to read the instructions. I shot back, "How am I supposed to read when you're rushing me?" I felt embarrassed and she made me feel stupid; everyone was watching, and it seemed like she enjoyed it. It was the worst part of my day. I hope they improve and stop treating people like that! Thanks!

Wasted my whole lunch break staff just walked in the back and left a line going out the door! I left it have packages to send and I just wanted my damn whole lunch break for absolutely NOTHING! close this place down if your not gonna be open instead of going on your break when you got a line out the door! No wonder im always stuck loosing my packages!

- LWLori WJul 10, 20261.0I live in Woodbury. On the app they told ne a week ago that my letter was coming A WEEK AGO. I NEED IT DESPERATELY! When I call they send you to the website. Its ridiculous that a person has to wait a WEEK for a msil carrier to cover your damn route!!!!!!
