    This post office needs to do much better when it comes to customer service and how it interacts with the community it serves. Today was especially difficult for me because I was dropping off a product that exploded on my body two years ago, leaving me with second-degree burns and severe injuries. The product was being shipped for testing, and after years of avoiding it, I had to bring it in myself, which brought up a great deal of anxiety. Instead of receiving support, I was treated terribly by a postal worker. I approached the counter with questions about the shipment and what was required, and the worker told me I would need a box. I said okay and asked how much it would cost, but after looking at the product, she simply said, “ALOT.” What does that mean? Is that really an acceptable answer to give a customer instead of taking the steps to determine the shipping cost and providing a proper price? I felt that response was biased. I honestly left in tears.

    I have a great experience every time I come here. The ladies at the desk are so nice and care! They have conversations with each of the customers and really make you feel valued. That’s hard to find! I appreciate them!

    I work full time, and my wife and I also run a side business, so we depend on after-hours package drop-offs. Unfortunately, almost every time I come in around 6–7 PM, the drop box inside the building appears to be locked or won’t open. I’ve experienced the same issue for seven days straight. It’s very frustrating, especially when the drop box is supposed to be available for night drop-offs. At this point, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
