- V꧁Valpena_꧂May 12, 20261.0stay far away, I’ve been to better post offices in Mexico. Julie is incompetent, doesn’t know her own procedures, is extremely under qualified for the position that the USPS has her in. Her customer services skills mirror that of disgruntled & rude Burger King Employee. This makes sense though, because of the lack of funding to our Government Agencies in 2026. Hopefully she will be retired in 2027. 0/10 will not be going back. Shame on you Julie.
- HKHeidi KnuthMay 5, 20261.0LACK OF FUNDING THE USPS!!! When I arrived, no on was at counter I had to call out "hello" until a disgruntled and rude woman came from back. I asked to do a change off address (was told by USPS had to verify in person). She said "we don't have any forms. Come back tomorrow, maybe we will have them". I looked around and saw ALL holders for forms were EMPTY!!! I am disabled and was using a walker, so getting there had taken weeks. She did not attempt to use computer or other method to help me.

I imagine it can be very trying worki.g.tjat counter and dealing with some "characters" and impatient patrons, but she never lets it show and is always as helpful as she can be.
