She was very quiet and keeping to herself and he told me that I couldn’t control my child. Then, I had used the wrong envelope unknowingly and he was VERY rude since people were waiting but he wouldn’t check me out. So he yelled at me about my child and then yelled at me. VERY unprofessional and extremely rude. As someone who relies on the mail for income, this is very disappointing and extremely frustrating.
