- LPLori PAug 3, 20261.0Interestingly enough, I reviewed this guy 2 years ago and had no idea. Seems the post office doesn't train their people or follow through on poor behavior. Teddy was the rudest and had the worst encounter. Talks over you, tells you he won't do that "out of job scope," and yet he is a supervisor who doesn't have a boss. If you need help, avoid this person with all you can. Post office employees are either great or awful, it seems. Teddy is the latter. Not hard to be helpful and try to do a good job. Frustrating experience. But then you see the rating of this location is 2 stars - maybe there needs to be some customer service training.
