  These people do NOT know how to take passport photos & struggle w/ processes refunds! They take FOREVER & can't even do it correctly. Do NOT have your passport or anything important processed through them. Go elsewhere.

  LOST PACKAGE: I handed my phone to Abraham, a UPS employee, in March and a week later, apple never received my package. I communicated with the supervisor, Matthew, who could not find my phone. He gave all the info he had which Apple said wasn't useful because the package was never scanned. During this, we started multiple investigations but specifically with UPS using their general number. Three months later, Matthew refers us to go to a permanently closed UPS center and we find out that the their investigation was closed because Apple didn't pick up their phone call. To this day we still don't have an answer to the lost phone.

  Horrible experience. I had my fingerprint scanning appointment at 10:30am. Walked in and no one greeted me and you can tell no one was happy with this job. The three people that worked there just didn’t want to seem to help me. Stood there for a while. And then the lady with piercings on the face cheeks finally asks how she can help me and I informed her that I’m here for fingerprint scanning. She then asks a tall guy with glasses to help me. We go to the fingerprint scanning area and he asks if I brought my ID and I said yes. He didn’t even check it. And then he says did you bring two? And I said yes and present them but he didn’t even look and just proceeds. And then we got to the fingerprinting steps and he said place your left hand here and I was going to place my left hand myself but he takes my hand himself without even asking if that’s okay. And puts my hand there. We then proceed to do the whole process that but the whole entire time I felt so uncomfortable. I’ve done fingerprint scanning a before at UPS and never experienced this. This was such a disgusting and uncomfortable experience. I will never come back here but UPS you guys must talk to your employees on how to do better with customer service and talk to that guy to not ever touch or grab another person without permission!
