- MMMatt McPhersonMay 6, 20261.0An absolute embarrassment to what the usps used to stand for. Multiple items shown in informed delivery that consistently go missing in transit. Good luck getting them to do anything about it or have any sort of integrity or pride in their work. What a joke.

It’s been 2 years we live in Saint Michael and I lost count how many times my mail/ packages were missing or delivered to the wrong location. We have never had an issue with any other post office before. When we try to call, we are on hold for 40 minutes. When we manage to speak with someone, they can’t do anything besides open a ticket… which leads to nowhere. We’re so tired and fed up with not having our packages on time. Mistakes happen, but when it is recurring, something is not right and the process needs to be revised to minimize future incidents. I beg to the management to revise the delivery process and improve the process.
