- NNNikJul 21, 20261.0It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone, and most times when I call, they let it ring a few times then pick up and hang up on me. I have asked for the postmaster on several occasions, and most of the time I am told that they don't have one, are in between them, or they have a temporary one. And in the last 8 years, I have only ever been able to speak to a postmaster ONCE. Going in person, I have never seen more than two staff in the building at once. I can understand being understaffed, but you can at least answer a phone to say "can I place you on hold for a moment?" instead of just hanging up on people! Also, some of their delivery drivers drive like maniacs. Not all of them, but I have seen a few of them ignoring the law more than once.
