- AAAlexander AndersonJul 8, 20261.0I set up an appointment to get a mailbox for 9am. I had the confirmation email sent to me at 4:16am the day of. The woman told me that the manager isn't in and he's the only one that can do it. I asked what time does he come in? She told me 10am, 11am, 12pm (very unsure of when her manager comes in). I'm not sure why they would have 9am appointment available if there is no one to help you. This will not be the place I'm going. I'm not sure how they get 4.8 stars? Unfortunately, I don't have another day I can come back for a 30 min appointment.
