I had an appointment set up in advance, and then they decided to call me an hour and a half before it was time for me to go in and tell me that they were unable to follow through on their end with my appointment because their passport person called in sick. They knew well ahead of time, and now I am unable to get my passport in time for my trip. I will never go here, and I highly suggest you don’t either; unless you want to be cancelled on and have to flip your entire life upside down due to their lack of planning. If I knew earlier in the day I would have been able to set up an appointment elsewhere, however, they chose to wait until the last minute. I am absolutely livid. If you can avoid going here, I would.
