Zero issue with their staffing or systems - I just try to avoid running errands there during rush hour, but even during peak hours, you shouldn’t have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for service.

They send an email to pay our bill, but there is no link to do so online and no one will reply to us or answer the phone there so we can actually pay! We also have issues with needing mail sent to us when out of town, and can't reach anyone by phone there for over a year to arrange this advertised service. Is there an owner who can assist us/set up an automatic plan or something. They seem to know when to send the bill by email and nothing else for over a year now.

My package is very expensive and I have been waiting for a long time for the package to be shipped. UPS should remove the service if they loose packages. They told me to try back tomorrow. I should not have too if the tracking says it's there.
