I waited for a while for her to stop talking with the person in front of me (friend or relative by the subject of their conversation) before she got to me. I had a question about a specific piece of mail and she didn't even try to help me. She didn't ask for the tracking number, didn't ask any details. Basically just told me to look it up for myself. That would be fine, if that was all I needed. I was actually there to ask about holding my mail. I didn't get to ask because she made it awkward by her dismissive attitude. I was happy with my service here for the most part. But today changed all that. Sadly this is the norm when dealing with the postal service lately. Hopefully someday the private sector takes them out. USPS staff are just too comfortable in their rudeness.
