They have been delivering my letters to my address since I moved in August, but for some reason they randomly send packages back to the sender for no particular reason.
- BBBruceJun 23, 20181.0Very poor customer service. I had some packages left outside my business in the rain on a Sat when not open. I stopped in to talk to the Postmaster about it. She got angry with me and pushed a comment card toward me and told me to call the 800 # and walked away from the counter Ever since then my mail has been left in other business mailboxes, and various other places. I tried to resolve it through the 800 # and nothing was done. Been waiting on a package I need, so I tracked it and it was received in the PO, I called early in the day and asked if I could come get it. NOPE was their answer. If they leave me a card that says come get it, that’s ok with them but if I want to come pick it up that’s not permitted. I try to ship everything UPS it FedEx now, they deliver with a smile, and thank me for my business, not try to chase me away. We need some changes in this office.
