  Absolutely terrible customer service. The man working there with the long, straggly hair was incredibly rude and hostile to both me and my mother for absolutely no reason. Whatever kind of day he was having, that is not an excuse to take it out on paying customers. He was so unnecessarily nasty that he actually made my mother cry. That should never happen during a simple customer interaction. We came in expecting basic courtesy and instead were treated like we were a complete inconvenience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when your job involves interacting with the public, you need to be able to leave your personal issues at the door. If someone cannot treat customers with basic respect, they should seriously reconsider whether they belong in a customer-facing position. Management needs to address this behavior. Someone who treats customers this poorly should not be representing UPS.

  I didn't judge the employees based on their looks, like the last reviewer. But I did judge them on their service. They were very rude. I asked simple questions on my Amazon return and A: he give me the wrong information and B: threw my return merchandise into my box. He mumbled something about a USP promotion, stuck my receipt label to it and basically sent me on my way. Will not be going there again. I will make the trip to the UPS Store on Highway 14 from now on. They're very helpful and respectful there!

  The price for shredding old documents and sending a fax was very reasonable. I appreciate how patient and helpful the employees are.

  Wonderful owners who are so very helpful. They also have great self-service machines so I am in and out fast. Some weeks I am there multiple times shipping overnight documents.

  Two of the dudes working there had long hair like girls' hair length. That's unprofessional and inappropriate for men, and reflects badly on any business. And guess what.. predictably, I received the typical long-hair-dude type of service-- unprofessional and uncourteous. Customer service skills and decent grooming are essential.. as customers, we notice! It matters! It will make a difference!
