  I don’t know how to get into contact with the distribution center so I’ll leave this here. Ordered merchandise from the NFL which was “delivered” last Saturday (9/19). Tracking info said it was left at the door of my apartment building. My apartment has a policy with posted signage on all buildings that packages are not to be delivered outside of business hours, as they need to be left with the leasing office. I called the UPS customer support line and the representative only said I needed to contact the seller. Correct me if I’m mistaken, but the seller did not deliver the package incorrectly. I asked if I could speak with a local contact and he was very rude and short with me, saying that because he was with the global hotline, he did not have any local contact information. Terrible customer service, and completely denied any responsibility. Do not ship through UPS if you can control it.

  Went to UPS off of highway 14 and it was my first time there. I normally go to the north store but I was in the area. I was returning some Amazon items. There was a small line and I witnessed the man with the accent being very harsh and unpleasant to a customer. I was waiting in line behind her and that man said “you with the label (he points towards the self help kiosk) scan there” very aggressively. So she scanned her item and while she’s doing that, as he’s helping someone in front of him, he’s ordering her to press the buttons on the kiosk. He was basically yelling at her in front of a full lobby. She looked so embarrassed and confused. I felt horrible for her because everyone stopped and looked at her. Right then and there I literally debated on leaving because I didn’t want that to happen to me. As she was leaving she said that she was never gonna come back to this UPS again and he literally chuckled. Once she left he started to talk badly about her to the customers and laughed. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope that the manager or whoever is higher than him speaks to him about it. The only reason why I did not put one star is because the girl that helped me with my returns was so helpful and soft spoken. She was respectful and professional. Very efficient and delightful. From now on if I do end up going this location, I’m only gonna ask for her to help me. She is an amazing worker. I also want to add, I heard how the guy with the black beanie was treating the customer he was servicing and he was very nice as well. Overall, it made me feel very concerned that as soon as that woman left the store, he started to laugh in front of people. I’m glad that the other two workers are there and it’s not just him.

  I just dropped off some legal documents for delivery to Canada. The employee - "315316" (not her birth name, one hopes!) - was charming, helpful and - always a plus - extremely competent. While it is difficult to judge from a single experience - and I am from out-of-town, so a repeat experience is unlikely - I would certainly use this location again if ever I needed to. **Update 10/03** My documentation was delivered to Canada 9/16. Two things to underscore: (1) UPS delivered my package in less than a week. I used UPS because I had previously used the USPS, which lost my package for 3 weeks prior to finally delivering it. (2) One reason for my praise for this particular UPS store is: another UPS store told me it would cost almost $200 to deliver my documents to Canada. I noted to this store that this was significantly more than what was quoted on their website - which earned me a shrug of the shoulders. So I am extremely grateful to this particular UPS store that my package was delivered in less than a week at a cost of about $ 30 (comparable to USPS, and a lot more reliable!). Upshot: if you need documents delivered to Canada in a timely and reliable fashion, this is the store for you. Ask for 315316.

  Stopped in for an Amazon return and the line was out the door -- I was helped in less than 4 minutes! Not long at all (although some people were audibly groaning about the wait) but when you think about it, 4 minutes is NOT a long time at all...The two guys working were quick and helpful, and I got done what I needed to do. Treating employees nicely and being patient goes a long way :) Thanks UPS!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The man working there with the long, straggly hair was incredibly rude and hostile to both me and my mother for absolutely no reason. Whatever kind of day he was having, that is not an excuse to take it out on paying customers. He was so unnecessarily nasty that he actually made my mother cry. That should never happen during a simple customer interaction. We came in expecting basic courtesy and instead were treated like we were a complete inconvenience. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when your job involves interacting with the public, you need to be able to leave your personal issues at the door. If someone cannot treat customers with basic respect, they should seriously reconsider whether they belong in a customer-facing position. Management needs to address this behavior. Someone who treats customers this poorly should not be representing UPS.
