- CCCalebJul 10, 20265.0Had a package that was marked as delivered but wasn’t. I drove to the post office that same day and asked about it. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me an explanation right away and told me that the package was delivered to one of my neighbors. I was told that they would contact the post master to have it resolved. To my disbelief I got a call from Abby a couple hours later who told me that she contacted the driver and was able to figure out what happened. Abby and the staff took the problem seriously and got me my package in the same day after correcting the mistake. Never seen that before from a post office and I was extremely impressed.

- SSStephanieDec 7, 20241.0I arrived just 3 minutes after closing, and when I tried to enter, the employee immediately told me, “WE’RE CLOSED,” in a dismissive tone. While I understand policies about closing times: the same employee then let a white woman enter right after denying me entry. This feels like blatant discrimination, and it’s completely unacceptable. Everyone should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of the time or their appearance. It’s extremely disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a public service establishment. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures fair treatment for all customers.
