We have a box here, and from time to time we get emails for renewals, or to bring in specific paperwork to meet some sort of government compliance. 4 times now over the past year we've been asked to come in, and were then either told that they requested the wrong paperwork in their email so we need to come back another time or that the owner is the only one who can help and we need to keep trying to come in when he's in store. Just happened again for renewal where I came in, and then was asked to change an upcoming flight so I could come in later that day when the owner was in store and could handle payment for the account. Just all around a pretty bad experience for any account situations.

I had to pay $2 for a strip of tape. Not the tape roll, not a large amount of tape, just one little strip to go across the top of the box.
