  Very unpleasant experience. Will not go to this FedEx location again. Calling yourself a store manager with 10+ years of experience and then being rude and unfriendly to your customer is not acceptable. Must be hard to find good people when this person is the manager.

  They're not open during their posted business hours. Several people are waiting outside. Based on other reviews this isn't a new issue. Management: could you just do your job please? Close this location if you don't know what you're doing, or hire more staff (and treat them well) to keep your doors open during posted times. Isn't that like Running A Business 101?

  Doors were locked during business hours and people standing outside waiting to get in. Employee inside walking around seeing people outside waiting but didn’t open the doors so I called and they stated they are the only person there working and are on break. Explain how you can just close the doors during business hours and just stop conducting business because you are short staffed and someone needs a break is pretty unprofessional. Staff more people or suck it up and take a break at close. Needless to say this happened within an hour of the stores business hours. Not the first time I have seen this happen at this store
