- ABAlan B.Sep 10, 20241.0Was a good location, but it seems there was a staff change. Twice I've stopped in for tracking on an item and both times she acted as if I was wasting her time. She told me I needed to wait longer on the shipper and that they may not have shipped it out. I checked with the shipper and they indeed provided everything including showing it was shipped. My written message to the overall postal service also went unanswered, since I didn't want to deal with Pillager again. I never received my autographed item, I purchased. The seller even offered to send me a new one! I even told the local post office that a few years before this they were able to GPS right at Pillager when it said delivered and found it up the road at another residence. They retrieved it that time, but that was the much more helpful postal clerk years ago. If the local Pillager postal service wants to reach out to me, they can figure that out!
