If I could give -1,000 stars I would, because that's the amount of late packages you'll receive from them in a year.
- NWNikki WilliamsDec 4, 20241.0I've had so many problems with this office. I'm still getting mail for previous owners (and I think the owners before that) even after over 3 years of living there. I've filled out their slip multiple times with my info, stating no one else should be getting mail at that address. Also, if it doesn't fit in the mail box, there's no way I'm going to get that package. I get a note stating I have to pick it up at the post office within two weeks. Kind of hard when they are open less hours than my work day. I've selected re-delivery before, with the option of leaving the package "on the front porch" and it still won't get delivered. All-in-all, it's getting frustrating. And worse.

When it rains or we get a dusting of snow, they will not drive up our driveway, stating " Driveway issues " . While every other carrier has zero issues. So much for " Neither rain nor snow......" Find someone who's not afraid to get out of the car!

- KLKristen LynnJan 5, 20231.0Absolutely horrible the mailman keeps putting the wrong mail in our mailbox today I received mail that isn't even hours we keep repeating and repeating and going over to the post office over and over again to tell these people that the mailman is not doing his job and we still keep getting other people's mail in our mailbox that isn't even ours and God only knows what other mail we haven't gotten yet of ours thank you something really needs to be done about this because it seems like this keeps happening even after we tell them over and over again.
