- CCCool CoodleJun 7, 20261.0Less than ten minutes ago, the postal worker parked in my driveway for a few moments, got out of his van and moved a couple of packages around and then got back in. I walked out the door as he was starting the van and I yelled and waved as he drove off down my long driveway. My package was out for delivery from Northfield, according to the post office website moments prior. I checked again as he drove off and now it shows it’s at the Owatonna office. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue. And recently I’m getting mail for people that have never lived here. Most of it doesn’t get delivered, but I see it on the informed delivery page. Several pieces are addressed to someone who has no past history of residence at the address or even this city, and was sent from another post office in a different state, from someone who is clearly trying to hide their identity. I’m going to be reporting all of these issues to the Postal Inspector.
