- GGgrantAug 6, 20261.0The staff are extremely passive aggressive, not helpful and just completely rude, everytime I go there i see the same dude with glasses and everytime without fail he’s rude and arrogant. I’ve had an extremely good experience at the belle plaine location but the new prague one is closer and more convenient, I’m done coming to this location, everytime I went to belle plaine they’d tape up my package without question and be super nice about it, but when I go to new prague I get nasty looks and they are always annoyed by the fact they have to take 3 seconds out of there day to serve a customer, like I said without question belle plaine would tape mine up, and today the guy with glasses seemed annoyed enough to make me pay for tape, what a complete joke of a store and it’s full of staff who are on there high horse thinking they are doing so great at there job. I would never ever suggest anyone goes to this place unless you’re wanting your mood to be destroyed and walk out annoyed.

I bought an aluminum poster, and after they tried shoving it into our mailbox (bending the crap out of it), then they just place it at the door after realizing you can’t fit a package that size into a mailbox. My poster is now completely bent up.
