- TTTheresa TracyMay 28, 20261.0We recently moved from Florida and my husband and I have been to this place 4 times trying to get our permanent change of address established and they STILL cannot get it right. I'm not sure what the problem is.
- AJAngela JohnsonMar 19, 20261.0Our mailbox key was replaced(without telling us last year) and they put our key inside the box so we had no way to get mail for weeks, until I called and raised the concern of “how am I supposed to get my mail with no key” and then recently the box has been broken so they return all packages to the postal office rather than dropping it off at our houses. Not great service. What if I needed the package by a certain date and I don’t have the means or time (due to working) to pick it up.
