- AJAngela JohnsonMar 19, 20261.0Our mailbox key was replaced(without telling us last year) and they put our key inside the box so we had no way to get mail for weeks, until I called and raised the concern of “how am I supposed to get my mail with no key” and then recently the box has been broken so they return all packages to the postal office rather than dropping it off at our houses. Not great service. What if I needed the package by a certain date and I don’t have the means or time (due to working) to pick it up.

Was expecting an important package that I needed for sure on the scheduled delivery date and they wouldn't deliver it bc there was no secure location. Lmao but there was. 4 security boxes were available for them to leave it in not to mention that my place of residence is 75 yards away if that. Idk if the worker is incompetent or just that dam lazy.... FedEx and UPS will bring it to my door if there's nothing open. I guess this is what you get for a government ran business.
