- MRmckenzie rhodeJun 1, 20261.0I accidentally put the wrong address for my packages honest mistake I had just moved in to a new development a month ago.. I went to pick up my packages and the guy helping me said “you need to change your address because we won’t hold your packages again” when I was specifically told through customer service that they will and can hold my packages until the end of the day. I thought this was very rude from the employee especially when I had told the employee that I had just moved in to a new development it was an honest mistake. Overall terrible experience.. just be kind.

- SDSelect DemoApr 24, 20261.0**EDIT** turns out the postman stole a FedEx package from within our mailbox and held it hostage until we paid the extortion fee of $7 to get it back, a package that the USPS did not ship! Rude criminals! We've lived in Monticello for 4+ years and never has a package been delivered to our house when it is required of our postman. Everytime the postman leave a orange tag in our mailbox claiming the 1st attempt has been attempted which is a lie. I was here all day and need my package but instead, like always, I need to pick-up the package (basically deliver the package to myself). The Postmaster of this location sucks. Many complaints have been made on this and in one ear and out the other. Pathetic.
