  I use this UPS Store for both my mailbox and printing needs, which made my recent experience especially disappointing. This is the second that I submitted. The print job by had to be divided into two emails because of the file size. I clearly labeled them “1 of 2” and “2 of 2.” I later received an email from the store stating that my print job was complete and ready. When I arrived to pick it up, however, I was asked whether I had sent the second email because the store apparently had not received or located it. I was surprised by how this was handled. My original email included my phone number, so if only “1 of 2” had been received, a quick call or email would have allowed us to resolve the issue before I made the trip to the store. At a minimum, I would not have expected to receive confirmation that the job was complete when it was not. What was more disappointing was learning that the person I was speaking with, Ryan Baisch, was the owner. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no acknowledgment that the communication or process could have been handled differently. Even something as simple as, “We should have contacted you when we noticed the second email was missing, and we’ll make sure we do that in the future,” would have gone a long way. Mistakes happen, and I understand that emails can occasionally be missed. My concern is less about the missing email and more about the customer service response after the problem became apparent. As a regular customer who relies on this location for both mailbox and printing services, I expected better communication and a more solution-oriented response from no just management, but the owner.

  It was supposed to be open at 9am today and still not open, why do you have on your website that opens at 9am and your staff open after 9:20am??

  I just want to say this is my favorite UPS stores ever! I am all the way in Texas and I will literally order from them to ship to me because of how helpful they are every time. Exceptional customer service, can't recommend them enough!!
