- CLC LApr 8, 20231.0Ordered same day printing for wedding invitation correction. Email order confirmation said they would be ready for pick up by 6:30. Showed up a little before 6:30 and was told they haven't been started. Two more people came in and were told the same thing. The manager had an employee come over and try to complete our order, which they said would only take 20 minutes. She fiddled with the printer for about 15 minutes, then stood up and ran away visibly upset and overwhelmed. We waited about 15 more minutes then cancelled our order. Either no one is trained, or thier equipment is constantly broken.
