- EBEssence BrownJun 12, 20262.0I’ve mailed letters at this location a few times in passing and I’ve noticed that each time I mail a letter at this location, my mail is very late reaching to its destination which has a set due date before late fees go into effect. I’m for sure it only takes 5 days to reach its destination. It has been taking 13+ days to arrive. I don’t know if it’s because of the construction or what. I never have this problem with any other post office. The tall caucasian guy who is always at the front desk is very rude to customers when they ask questions or ask for help. I hope their services and customer service improves because there’s a lot of people and elderly customers who are not able to go to other locations..

Down the street is a large building in USPS looking branding, but it's a private business. So it's a little hard to find. The line was non-existent. Staff was as friendly as you could expect a bored federal employee to be. Overall, I recommend this location. They should add a sign though.
