Arrived in mid-afternoon and the police had shut down the post office. I had to come back. When I asked about what happened the person behind the desk seemed so incredibly indifferent. It was just casual conversation tried to engage with a different topic but just would not want to talk to me. I did get my package so that was handled well.

This is based solely on my personal observations and experiences.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. You’re probably better off visiting another post office. The place appears to be poorly managed, and at times you’ll notice employees sitting, like stand when you interact with a customer.
Customer service is also very slow. Transactions often take 20 minutes or more per person, which feels excessive. There should be a more efficient system in place to help move the line faster.
When the lines become too long, this location often mentions “technical issues” or other delays, but it seems more related to staffing problems than anything else. I’ve also witnessed employees handling packages carelessly.
Corporate should take a closer look at this location, hire more people, improve supervision, and provide better staff training.

Good customer service is always available here. Their service personnel are very friendly and helpful, especially those three ladies in the afternoon.

These employees go through so much... I was walking up to the door some guy cussing under his breath.... Some woman cussing at an employee as I open the door. You could see it was eating at them, but holding it in well. Best I could do was say.. Hi good afternoon, Love your pretty purple nails. Hope I can brighten your day.... They maybe be public service, but they have the right to kick people out. So glad I left them smiling and laughing 😃. I have to go back tomorrow hope it's a repeat so I can make them smile again.
