- GHGabrielle HenryAug 25, 20261.0Don’t waste your time! Terrible customer service. I walked in the door at 4:57. The door was unlocked and open to come into the building. An elderly lady was in front of me asking about postage and envelopes. By the time she walked away I approached the desk with my package in one hand and QR code in the other. The ‘lady’ told me she wouldn’t scan my QR code because the clock now said 5. I multiple times stated how I was in the door before 5 and only need the label printed that’s all. She couldn’t give a *beep* less. Lock the door then?? Anyways I never got to mail my package
- DDDominyckAug 8, 20265.0I submitted a complaint/inquiry about a package of mine being sent in circles THREE whole times between Minneapolis, and 3 other surrounding states over the course of USPS priorty mails 5-10 day delivery window, and I was expecting an agonizingly slow response time via email but instead I got a call not even an hour after I submitted the inquiry from a SUPER helpful lady at the Brooklyn center post office (which is my local office) and she fixed the problem literally same day and got my package to stop being bounced around. Also worth noting how she kept apologizing on USPSs behalf even though I told her multiple times it wasn't her fault. Nevertheless she still insisted on apologizing on behalf of the company, which even though it obviously REALLY wasnt her fault, I still found it extremely refreshing to have someone so invested in making things right for the customers USPS serves.
