- SNSadie N4 days ago2.0The staff here are very kind, which is why I was surprised leaving today to see a Freedom 250 decal on the door. For those who are unaware, there was a nonpartisan organization put together 10 years ago called America 250. It was developed to celebrate the country's 250th birthday. The current president decided to create his own group to celebrate and called it Freedom 250 to effectively hijack the celebrations for his own. Especially considering the number of cuts, this president has made to social welfare systems such as the USPS, it's a little shocking and unnerving to see it represented on the door of a public service organization. Hoping this was a mistake.

- SWSamuella WilliamsApr 8, 20261.0I am writing this review, not based on my personal experience, but based on an experience that I witnessed somebody else have. About two weeks ago I visited this location and there was an older woman ahead of me who believed that she was not given back her ID from a previous visit. The employee who serviced her was present and said that he did not have it. There was another employee present, who stated that there was no reason for them to have it because the service that she was provided did not require her ID. They looked for a little bit more and then told her that they would continue looking for it and would call her back when they found it. After a couple minutes, the employee who serviced her found her ID in his drawer. He alerted the other employee who then stated that when she came back, they should tell her that they found it on the floor to make it seem like she dropped it herself.
