I wanted to highlight a few staff that I have interacted with frequently and have had consistently positive experiences with. Tri Vo in particular has shown himself to be an exemplary USPS staff member. Tri conducts himself with a calm, professional manner, showing competency and speed in services in equal measure. I also want to highlight Malik as a stellar staff member. Malik engages me and my kids by first name every time we come to the site. That personal touch is appreciated. Malik also conducts his duties with competency and consistency.

Please tell me how a post office is out of stamps, but I could purchase the specialized more expensive kind.!! The guy who orders rolls of stamps was on vacation?!
