- CSChristy S.Aug 3, 20261.0I didn’t have any stamps at home so went in to this branch to see if they could weigh my letter and put the postage on it (I wasn’t sure if it would require just 1 or possibly 2 stamps). She put it on the scale and told me the cheapest option was $8.62! I was floored. It’s not a package(see photo) and I wasn’t trying to get it to its destination quickly. In the end, I bought stamps and applied 2 stamps myself just to be on the safe side. Furthermore, I handed her a crisp $20 and she only gave me change as if it was a $10 bill. (Sadly I realized this after I left the building)🤯 I rarely use cash anymore, but every once in awhile get $20 from the ATM for small transactions such as a couple stamps. This whole transaction was mind boggling, I definitely will seek out a different post office next time. Maybe this employee was a new hire and it’s her first day on the job? That’s the only explanation I can come up with…

Rest in power you beautiful man 🙏🏼 They have A good rotation of stamps, PO boxes, some cards & various packaging's for purchase. I just hope we can all start shipping more eco friendly materials!! I get mine online.
