Supervisor working 4pm on 8/10/26 scolded me that I can only drop off packages if they are on a scan form. Never mind I always drop off bags with a scan form but sometimes have a few extra that are not on the scan form for various reasons. PO workers are always complaining about having to scan in packages when it’s quite literally their to do so. It’s not federal law to create a scan form for them so not sure why she made it seem like it’s so. Mind you there was no other packages on the counter at the time. Sorry my 5 extra packages to scan in creates such a burden on your day.

Mistakenly drive into the employee only lot and was confronted by a very hostile employee who verbally abused me over a simple mistake. He was, as they say, "going postal " I know where that comes from now.

Looks like everyone has the same problem with this guy. I had a package to return and pulled into the parking lot on side of post office. I have parked there years before, no problem. I pulled into a spot and realized it said employee parking. Noticed a man from the dock area looking at me in an angry way. I pulled into a spot in the back that was unmarked. I got out of the car and he started yelling, “What the hell are you doing?!” I was shocked. I said oh this spot does not have a sign. He then yelled that I was stupid and trespassing. He yelled that there was a sign at the entry of parking lot saying no one can come in here. I felt so horrible and just drove off without saying a word. Honestly he was so scary, not worth saying anything back to him. No parking anywhere near so I parked in the ramp top floor for a 30 second drop off. Anyway, I looked and, yes, there is a sign at entry. I missed it and was/is an honest mistake. He could have just said “no parking in this lot” and I would have left. I left crying in my car. There is no need to treat people like this. Wonder if I was a large man if he would have yelled at me like that?! There should be maybe at least two spots for customers? Also, if it is that serious, perhaps a large sign and or a chain/fence so cars do not make a mistake/get verbally attacked. I already was having a rough day and then this. No need for this unkindness in our world. Obviously hurt people will hurt people, but something needs to be done w this guy. He needs help.

Usually not one to write reviews, however I feel like this warrants a warning to everyone. I had a very similar hostile experience to many other reviewers here. I parked in the side lot (in a spot that was not specifically marked as employee only) and immediately was verbally attacked for parking there by an employee who came out of the back. He even went as far as to threaten not to mail my package. I see reviews from upwards of 8 months ago about this person being verbally abusive to costumers. I am honestly appalled that he is still an employee of USPS after all of this time. I immediately left to go out of my way to a different location and will never go back here.

The hostile USPS guy in the parking lot - aggressively approached my car and screamed at me - very scary guy! I was checking my map for directions and he came barging at my vehicle. He is going to have a stroke from his anger or will choke a customer. It’s a toss up.
