- JJJEJun 5, 20261.0This is absolutely THE worst post office ever. They dont help you with anything and have an attitude. Most post offices have tape for you to use to seal a 4 x 6 box. A single strip of tape needed, but no. They INSIST you buy an entire roll of tape when all you need is a single strip. Every other post office will help. Dont go in here expecting much for help.
- BCBe CoolMay 30, 20261.0I ordered bulk stamps from the Plymouth Post Office and went to pick them up on Saturday before closing at 1:00 PM. I arrived around 12:24 PM, but I could not find a parking spot because there was an event happening nearby and all the parking spaces were full. I waited about 30 minutes before I was finally able to park. When I went inside, I explained to the employee, Tina, that I had been waiting a long time to find parking. She responded by saying that it was not her problem and that I should have come earlier. I was disappointed by the way she spoke to me. I calmly told her that I was a customer and expected to be treated with respect and receive good customer service. Unfortunately, the conversation became worse, and she told me to leave and not come back. I found her behavior very unprofessional and rude. Customer service is important, and experiences like this can discourage customers from returning. Because of this experience, I do not plan to visit this location again. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so that future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

If I need to drop off a few packages (with prepaid labels), every time they acted like I am a big burden to them because they need to do “quite a few” scans. It seems that they don’t want any work.
