- BWBobbi WingAug 8, 20261.0We went to this postal service wanting to mail a last minute package to my step son for school, I have to say the customer service was so bad, the employee Marcus berated us in front of other people there after I made a mistake filling the address out by one number, I have no problem owning my mistake however the way that guy talked to me made me so mad I told him his customer service sucks, and that was being polite, He gave me a speech about owning my mistakes and continued to tell me what we did wrong, I have much respect for public service workers but this guy did not want to help us, the attitude was disrespectful and making a scene in the store antagonized by the employee was not professional at all. I see other reviews that say similar things so I’m not surprised that it continues to happen. He helped a guy right before us who was the same race as him, he had no problem treating him politely, just saying.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and as soon as I walked in, the rude African American male employee threatened to lock the doors. When I explained there were still 15 minutes until closing and asked simple questions, he refused to answer and instead threatened to call the police. After arguing, he told me to leave and come back the next day. One of the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had.
