I walked in and was immediately greeted by two younger staff whom were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They took great care of me, I didn’t have to wait in any lines (great timing on my end I guess?), and I was in and out within minutes. The inside is much bigger than it looks on the outside and I found out they do passports there too! Would definitely recommend going here.
