- EWElsie Wang WeilerApr 30, 20261.0Was there around 3:30pm on 4/29/26, one rude lady was at the desk and despite there being a line of about 6-7 people, she chatted and yakked with a customer about every topic under the sun like she was at a Sunday picnic, and literally took 25 minutes to process about 6 pre-labeled packages. They sure were enjoying their conversation while we all waited patiently. When I got up there with my package and pre-printed label from a return service, she then lectured me about not being able to process a package that wasn't sealed yet (even though the return instructions said not to pre-package) because of some Supreme Court ruling. She then loudly lectured me about every step of the transaction, and didn't admit that she didn't know about this new way of processing returns through USPS which required no additional payment from me. Rudest I've been treated anywhere in years. She seemed to be on a real power trip. Very unfortunate representation of the Postal Service.

I’ve used six different post offices in this area for business for the past 20 years, and this location is by far the worst. It is severely understaffed, and the single employee working the counter is extremely slow, rude, and disrespectful. I’ve witnessed this employee speak condescendingly to customers who don’t speak English and prolong simple transactions by focusing on unnecessary details. This behavior wastes customers’ time and creates an unwelcoming environment. Something needs to be done about the staffing and conduct at this location immediately.
