Worst post office i have ever dealt with. This seems to be a common thing here in Minnesota. Staff was so ignorant and disrespectful. Not knowledgeable at all. I kept getting so many different "stories" from the staff. This place is a damn joke. Makes sense to why with the people that run it. No care in the world.

Never a good experience at this location. I stood in line and waited patiently like everyone else, only to have the clerk at the counter complain that I was 'holding up the line' just by requesting standard services. USPS explicitly offers these services, and it took 5 minutes at most. I have personally watched this location spend 20 minutes helping other customers without a single complaint. There was only one person working the counter, and despite the wait, I didn't complain about the line or the staffing. I always try to be patient, but being berated for asking for standard assistance is unacceptable. Avoid this location and go somewhere else.

I don’t understand why they don’t use the larger mailbox for bigger packages instead of forcing them into smaller ones. I’ve had to cut packages out of the mailbox multiple times because they were shoved in there. It’s frustrating.

I’ve had a few interactions with one of the older staff members (an African woman) at this location, and I’ve found her approach quite abrupt and difficult to understand due to her accent and tone. I often try to avoid being helped by her because the exchanges feel uncomfortable and unhelpful. Customer-facing roles require strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude, and unfortunately, those seem to be missing here. If she’s unhappy in the position, it might be worth considering whether it’s the right fit for her—or for the customers.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The front desk staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and argumentative. I politely asked if I could take a photo of the envelope for my records, which is a simple and reasonable request. Instead of answering respectfully, she began arguing with me for no reason. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when people are coming here for assistance.
