  Sent a document and brought expensive paper to print a bunch of diplomas. Dude printed them all on the backs and wrecked the whole batch. Not so much as a “sorry.”

  Heads up that this store is both in a cell service dead zone and has totally non functioning wifi. Wasted half an hour here trying to get internet to work before I had to go to another location.

  Usually going to this store is a good experience. The current manager is really helpful. Today, however, there were two young employees who seemed to lack all social skills, not to mention knowing how to do their job. Literally no eye contact, refused to even speak to customers (so of course no answering any questions), slow aimless wandering behind the counter and ignoring people who were waiting. I actually thought there was something seriously wrong with these people, either medically or due to substance abuse. It was so unusually bad for this store.

  I visited this UPS store twice recently, and of course they were incredibly busy. The two guys that work there were incredibly calm and patient.

  Always get great service here. The people who complain about needing boxes taped -- just make sure it is ready to ship before you bring it in or pay the fee. It's not like the store makes any money off a pre-paid shipping label, so you're not really 'patronizing a local business' if you bring in something that costs them money to ship for you; in fact since you are taking up their time and resources, they'd be better off without your 'business'.
