  The delivery went as planned. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. When I scheduled the delivery, they said that they would remove one furniture item and I made sure to confirm that futons were included. When they delivered the mattress, they could barely speak English and refused to take the futon. Then I received a call when they left from a guy asking me who told me that they would take the futon because he needs to have a word with them... what a joke! Not sure how they are still contractors with Costco...

  I have nothing good to say about RXO. I've dealt with them in the past when they were under the name XPO. My delivery has been reschedule 3 times in the last week and then twice today and it keeps getting farther away. I could have ordered this picked it up at Best Buy a week after placing the order with LG. Only reason I didn't was because at the time Best Buy was out of stock.. What a joke. Today alone it has been reschedule 3 times, Saturday March 7th, Friday March 17th and now March 7th again...
