I didn’t really know what to expect from the call when I spoke with John however his contacts in his knowledge was about the best that I’ve had in 10 years and his sincere offered to make introductions to people that I have admired for many years in the business industry was heartwarming and surprising! I’m excited and actually a little bit more inspired to make the moves that I need to do so I can create a board and I can go higher John!

I recently had the chance to work with John to get his insights into a project I am working on in the franchising space. I reached out to him because I knew he was the best and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. He took the time to really understand what I was doing so he knew how to provide me the best value for my situation. He asked insightful questions that really challenged me to think of various aspects of my situation, provided his insights and suggestions, and gave me resources to continue moving forward. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone in the franchising space who needs his services. I am disappointed I could only give him 5 stars because he deserves way more than that!

If you have the opportunity as a franchisee or a franchisor to work with John 'Johnny Franchise' Francis, I say run, don't walk to meet up with him. Not only is he extremely experienced, he is very professional, while being kind and constructive. He has generously stepped in to anticipate and solve a few items for me as we re-launch our new acquistion of a wonderful emerging franchise brand, and he is frankly an unexpected gift with his pin-point accurate advice and wisdom in busting through obstacles for our office. Personally I find him very warm-hearted, direct and refreshingly honest, while finding a way to be efficient and pragmatic during our meetings. He embodies his brand of 'Next Level Franchising' and I am very grateful to have been introduced to him. Looking forward to many more years of working together and shortcutting past some mistakes with his terrific guidance. Thank you, John!

Really helpful advice for me, a beginner. He really helps you "get smart" on the topic, but it doesn't feel overwhelming
