I'm not sure why there is the plethora of negative reviews on here, but it seems like people feel entitled to free tape and give negative reviews when they don't get it. On the subject of getting the wrong person's mail, it happens with every post office and package delivery service I've ever worked with because of seasonal help or just the fact that people are human and mistakes happen. Once again, the solution is to "adult" and take care of it. Honestly, I feel super bad for the people who work there. They need better lighting that doesn't flicker. If I worked under flickering lights like they do, I would never be able to be as nice as they always have been to me for the past 16 years.
