- DBDenise BlakeJun 12, 20265.0I stopped by the Maple Grove Post Office today and, despite a long line, the staff kept things moving efficiently and professionally. A special thank you to Jodie, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. While helping customers, she took the time to assist a mother with a small child by carrying a large box out to her car. It wasn’t something she had to do, but it was a wonderful example of genuine kindness and excellent customer service. In a world where people are often in a hurry, it was refreshing to witness someone go out of their way to help another person. Small acts of kindness make a big difference, and Jodie certainly made a positive impression today. Thank you for the great service and for reminding us that kindness still exists. ❤️📬

I did have to wait in a line but the attendants worked as hard as possible to get people moving, and it only took 10 minutes in what would have been a 30 min line at other locations. Thanks Jodie!

I’ve called 25 times since they opened this morning and not one call was answered. I’ve been trying to contact someone due to the negligent post carrier who scanned my package as “attempted delivery” and put that my front door and garage were un accessible which is 100% inaccurate. There is no way on this earth that anyone wouldn’t be able to access my townhome garage, mailbox, or front door especially since I was home ALL day and no attempt was made. It is clear that the deliver person acted out of pure laziness. Instead of my package being redelivered it has instead been siting at office location. Of course these reviews don’t matter since there have been numerous one stars before mine. Such an embarrassment of a facility.
