  This review are mainly for the maple grove distribution center, and the UPS customer service dept. I don’t know why my package always route to this maple grove DC, because they always have issues delivery my packages. Delay a lots… the most recent one which lead me to write this review. I purchase the overnight delivery from a vendor and I have an estimate said it will deliver on Monday and also shown is out for delivery, and later I get a message said “ The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We're attempting to update this information. Maple Grove, MN, US” The package clearly shown my name and address on it and is not the only time you guys deliver to this place, they need to do something about it. It happen too offend. Now let’s talking their customer service when you try to call them.. obviously I were happy because my packaging is late, and now I actually have to drive to it and pick up myself. So that defeat the point where I paid 50 something to deliver. I reach out to them on the phone say 7 mins wait and end up like 20 some mins and finally got a hold of a live person ask about getting a refund and transfer me and this dept will take care of me.. no is a automation and tell me what I am here for and put me wait again.. the worse things is they transfer me back and forth like 4 times.. .. this is on Wednesday I call back to them because when I call on Monday they told me to call back to get the refund.

  Live animal in priority overnight shipping and you’re gonna leave them in the truck all day and hit my house last….

  Over and beyond! A young lady assisted me on correcting and then mailing a return Amazon order. She was able to problem solve, multi task to help co-workers AND all with a positive/non-judgemental attitude. I admire her work ethic as she maintains a job and is pursuing her Doctorate. I’m impressed and wish her continued success!

  My son Ryan and I were at the UPS Store in Maple Grove today to initiate a parts return. This was a first for us and we were hoping it would go easy. We had Casey helping us, and he was so helpful & courteous. Casey made the process easy for us and we were very grateful. Thank you Casey for your Great attitude & professionalism.

  There is one lady here who is usually really good but lately the service has been awful. The self scan machines have been down a lot lately and the workers are so impatient. Today I waited in line & was sent to a worker (man with shoulder length curly hair wearing a snorlax shirt). When I approached he literally ignored me and I had to go get back in line as others behind me had gotten serviced by the other workers. The other workers saw him ignore me and rolled their eyes at him & one was like “he’s literally just refusing to help”. I was then directed towards him AGAIN and realized he was watching videos on his phone with an AirPod in. This is so unprofessional especially when the place was slammed and these are paying customers (I was not doing Amazon returns I was actually paying to ship stuff). Whatever, I will be seeking out other UPS stores moving forward.
