  Monday, July 13, 2026, at approximately 2:45 PM The two associates working at that time were, unfortunately, very unhelpful. Every question I asked was met with an attitude that made it seem like my business was an inconvenience. Rather than providing friendly customer service or offering assistance, they appeared annoyed by having to answer basic questions. The interaction was unwelcoming and left me with a very negative impression of this FedEx location. I hope management addresses this, as customer service should make customers feel valued, not like they’re a burden.

  I went there to "return ship" my old car part (for which I will receive a refund of my deposit.). My printer wasn't working, but, my previous experience was that the FedEX desk was able to print it out the prepaid shipping label for me, however, I had never done business with this vendor, and I was tired and having trouble navigating their website to get the label generated... The desk agent was very patient, and helpful, and it took some time, and we figured it out. Several others came in, and were all handled quickly, without waiting. Very good work by both workers! 👍😊
