- MSM StormAug 7, 20261.0Gene is by far the rudest, most unprofessional and childish (in his big age) USPS employee/manager. If you run a small business, you will greatly inconvenience him if he needs to count more than 2 packages or if you need a receipt. He'll also make sure to narc on every other USPS location in Mankato and how they don't like to follow rules unlike him. He also loves to talk about customers to other patrons after giving the worst customer service. Every other Mankato location has been nothing but nice to my husband and I. They know us by name and are grateful even when they do need to scan packages (which is part of their job). I hope this message gets passed along to Gene and he knows that we'll make sure no other small businesses inconveniences him while he's on the clock.
