  I have had to go pick up multiple packages because the driver will put “unable to deliver” or “unable to access building”. This is completely false as the apartment building (Silos) has a built in electronic directory outside the front door. Push the button, it calls the individual and the delivery person can be let inside or asked to leave the package by the door. Upon picking up my packages, I have informed the individuals working the counter of this and yet…. This constantly happens. I have an appreciation for mail carriers and the hard work they put in to makes sure we get our mail but, it is unacceptable to not attempt deliveries especially since I was home and waiting for them!

  I spent hours trying to call with nobody answering because my delivery says it's been delivered but yet it's not delivered to me. These people need to get fired if they don't want to do their job. If only we could have it sent to us in a different form as opposed to through the post office. I sometimes have to have medical supplies which is cheaper online than it is if you were to buy it through your insurance.
