These people need to get fired if they don't want to do their job. If only we could have it sent to us in a different form as opposed to through the post office. I sometimes have to have medical supplies which is cheaper online than it is if you were to buy it through your insurance.
- JGJae GaffaneyNov 1, 20231.0Never pick up the phone. Haven’t been able to revives any mail in 4 months because I requested a lock change the one time they did pick up the phone and they said they would get it done with in 3-5 business days…it’s been 3 months. Horrible customer service.
- DSDeena SchusterSep 12, 20185.0Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. I have been here twice to arrange bulk mail, and the first time it took me a bit to figure out where to go. Go to the back of the building to the business mail entry unit.
