- CCChris&Tim CarterJun 26, 20261.0I was in this office yesterday, June 25. Simple mailing, but needed it to be weighed to ensure proper postage. She (blonde woman who has been there for a while) was busy online so simply said hello, as I waited for service. No one waiting for service was in front of me or behind. Super quiet. What was awful was as we were going through the payment credit card process “she instantly” hit the Smiley Face experience for me and very quickly, literally raced me to do it. This isn’t the first time I’ve received lack of service from this worker, but I just thought whatever. But after yesterday’s experience on June 25, I needed to say something. I “think” she may be the postmaster. I’ve never seen more than one helper working with her, which was why I would just brush off her past poor service. All I know for sure is she has been there since we moved into Lake Elmo in 2021.

The younger of the two women is rude predictably and consistently. Thankfully I only have to go in once every month or two nowadays so it won’t be a problem anymore. When I was still in my young days people had a lot more respect for their customers.
