  Online Customers Beware - I saw the Flowerhouse Overland Sand Hanging Ball Chair in a store while on vacation. Only the floor model was available, which would not fit in our car assembled, and they suggested I purchase the chair online as it showed available. I ordered it online September 2025. When the box arrived, I should have opened it. It was clearly not a new box, had clearly been opened, with writing on the box saying “Missing Rods”. I should have opened it at the time, but it is Wisconsin and it was end of season. I wanted to store it in the box for winter. When I finally opened the box this spring, May 2026, there was no hardware and no instructions. In short, no way to assemble the $300 chair. The “missing rods” were there but had clearly been used as they were no longer safely packed like the other metal pieces. The base cushion had also clearly been used as it has a tear and was also not protectively wrapped like the main cushion. I was able to locate the instructions online from the manufacturer and identify what I was missing. I sent the list of missing pieces as well as pictures to L&M. Five business days after my email, to which I had no response, I called their “customer service” and was told since I “bought it a year ago” I needed to contract the manufacturer myself and request replacement parts and they do not have this chair. After pointing out that I owned not opening it immediately when I saw the condition of the box and the note on the box, and again explaining I purchased it end of season and wanting to leave it compact – the box was engulfed in tape, so it would not be as simple as opening to check and closing – but that September 2025 to May 2026 is not a year, I was advised I could not be helped. I have reached out to the manufacturer and hope they can assist, but, in the meantime, I checked the L&M site. The exact same chair is available and in stock in multiple locations. L&M should have 1) followed up with the store who sent out the chair with missing pieces and 2) have them send me the missing pieces from one of their stocked chairs. The missing and damaged pieces were not at the fault or negligence of the manufacturer. The missing and damaged pieces were at the fault of L&M who should be making this right.

  I can not leave without say thank you people , even though I was a day late for my appointment they immediately gave me a door and started unloading, place is clean and enough room to make turns

  Not good for otr drivers unless ur dedicated carriers. I lost all day waiting for 24hrs with out any good reason
