  This branch of the UPS store has friendly, helpful employees. They are friendly and welcoming. My packages arrive to their destinations on time. Most importantly, they are well staffed and organized!! Even when there is a line, it moves rapidly. Note: I use this UPS store very frequently! It is my #1 choice because I love the welcome, helpfulness, and efficiency which sadly, I do not get at other locations. As a Black person, to be welcomed and treated well is a huge plus!

  I have been to this UPS store many times, to make copies, have documents shredded, send packages and buy packing supplies. This store is great! The staff friendly, the services priced fair and always an easy quick in and out. Thanks for doing what you do and I’ll be back soon to send more packages. The best ever. Brandon

  I absolutely love having this UPS Store in the neighborhood! The owner and staff are always so friendly, engaging, and genuinely helpful. I also have to give a shout-out to their great selection of cards — especially the funny birthday cards! I always seem to find something that makes me laugh. And the new Amazon return kiosks are a game changer! They make returns incredibly quick and painless, which is exactly what I want when you’re trying to get in and out. Great people, great service, and a really convenient neighborhood business. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

  Big thanks to the UPS crew in Golden Valley for always knowing exactly the product or service I need when I show up! Last time, it was copying very old family wedding photos- a process I thought would be difficult and pricey, but it honestly could not have been easier! Specifically, thank you to Ty for finding a solution that was simple and cost effective. I’ll definitely be back!

  Five stars for the team at The UPS Store in Golden Valley. I use their printing services regularly, and I’m always impressed by the quality of the work and, even more importantly, the people behind it. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help make sure a project turns out right. Whether it’s a straightforward print job or something that needs a little extra attention, they make the process easy and dependable. As someone who works in the creative industry, I really appreciate having a local printing resource I know I can count on. What really stands out is the customer service. Even when they’re busy, they’re welcoming, patient, and genuinely seem to care about the work they’re doing and the people they’re helping. Great printing, great service, and genuinely great people. I’m lucky to have them right here in Golden Valley and highly recommend them.
