  Do not go here! I tried getting something sent to an address and they tried charging me close to $40 originally, then down to ground for close to $20. I've mailed legal letters from this same store about two months ago and it was about $10! Absolutely shady business practice. I'd be better off driving and delivering it myself!

  Workers here gotta chill, just because someone uses the kiosk for one thing and comes to the counter for another doesn’t warrant some condescending attitude and scoffing. Idk why, but it’s just this location I get constant rude folks when dropping Off ups things. Sure I get Amazon is maybe annoying but maybe don’t treat your ups customers poorly?

  Friendly ebough staff, but for the 1st time in my life they charged me to apply extra tape to my package. The UPS I usually go to saw me getting ready to buy tape and said oh, dont sorry about it, we will tape it up for you when I was shipping something that I hadnt boxed yet. This one said I didnt have enough tape and charged extra. Reading the owner's replies to comments... Im sure Ill get a reply saying it was only $1, but that isn't the point. I think it's because I had a pre paid label for a return and they wanted to get something out of it... just not the service Im used to from UPS

  Let me start by saying I've been to UPS Stores all over the metro many, many times. This is the only one where I consistently have a negative experience, and I recommend anyone to go to a different location. The Positives: -Push in door is nice when your hands are full. Not a common thing at most locations -In a good location around many other businesses The Negatives: -Parking lot can be frustrating to get in and out of, not really the stores fault but just a QOL thing -Employees are extremely rude. No other location has workers yelling at customers to consistently to do this and do that -Self service kiosk is always down. Employees will yell to use the kiosk to scan in packages, but with one always down and the bins and cart overflowing, it makes every trip a time consuming experience. -With extreme busyness , comes extreme understaffing. The times I've been there the line is always out the door, and despite having multiple open spots to help people, there is only one or two people working. -Packages consistently don't get picked up the same day when dropped off hours before the pickup time. This is a problem for anyone with time demanding shipments, and doesn't happen at any other location. Now like most businesses, the main issue with this location is the staffing. The owner seems extremely complacent with having minimum staffing to maximize profit leading to overwhelmed employees which results in negative experiences for customers. If you have a choice, I would recommend other locations such as the one on Excelsior, or the one off Rockford Road in Plymouth. Remember each location is its own franchise and independently owned, and they make money for each box you drop off, even if you don't purchase anything. All in all I would take your business elsewhere, and blacklist this location until it is improved drastically.

  The people at the store are friendly and hard working. Also the price to send my box was more than expected. But then I thought of the price of gas and how much it would cost me to drive it there. Your price was very cheap then. Thanks.
