- GOGlennie OlsonOct 12, 20235.0Glenwood Mn post office is what you'd see in TVs movie town of Mayberry. The best post office I've been to. So friendly, efficient and helpful.
- BTBritney ThompsonMar 26, 20231.0Packages Frequently get lost, say they've been delivered but nowhere to be found and when you call to question, postmaster never returns calls or follows up. Very disappointed for a local post office. Some of the carriers are lazy and disrespectful with packages. I have literally watched my carrier drop packages on the ground and kick them. When moving out of Glenwood, I put in a change of address form, literally handed it to the employee and it took 30 days for them to process it. It found out that whoever put it in the computer, spelled my name wrong, I was assured that it was fixed and I would start receiving my mail soon but that wasn't the case. One month later I received an email stating my address changed was received. Pretty incompetent if you ask me very disappointing.
